The Hard Money Fox began in 2015 when three Cincinnati real estate investors struggled to secure reliable financing for their own projects. After losing deals to slow bank approvals and facing rigid lending criteria that ignored property potential, we created the lending solution we wished existed. Today, we’ve funded over 500 successful flips throughout Greater Cincinnati, building a community of repeat investors who trust our straightforward approach.
Our team combines decades of hands-on flipping experience with financial expertise, allowing us to evaluate deals the way investors do. We understand the challenges of tight timelines, unexpected renovation costs, and the importance of local market knowledge because we’ve faced them ourselves.
